Firstly, I need to say, to the disgruntled buyer who posted on my previous blog post - I'm really sorry but I haven't been able to access Etsy for months, my laptop computer is out of action. I can use some webpages from my work computer but most forms of communication that I would usually use with a buyer are unavailable.
